After you subscribe, you’ll receive access to a private client portal. From there, you can send requests, upload files, and track progress. If you prefer, you can always reach out via email as well.

Larger projects like web applications or custom platforms are best handled through the monthly plan. This lets us break everything into smaller requests and work through them step by step, so each part gets the attention it needs. Just reach out and we’ll figure out the right way to move forward.

Once you subscribe, you’ll get a link to your design board. Add tasks whenever you want, and we handle them one at a time with updates every two to three days. No tasks? Pause the plan and resume whenever new work comes up.

You’d be surprised—it’s just me. Canvashug is a one‑man studio. You work with me from start to finish. If a project needs something outside my lane (3D, heavy copy, complex backend), I bring in a trusted partner and still handle everything through one point of contact.

There are a few things outside the scope here, like 3D design, large print campaigns, motion graphics, detailed packaging, or complex app development for app stores. If you’re not sure whether your project fits, just reach out and you’ll get a clear answer right away.

On average, most design tasks are completed within 72 hours. Some might be faster, some might take a bit longer depending on complexity. You'll always get a heads-up if something needs more time.
